Shonda has been working with us since 2017. Prior to joining our team, Shonda worked as a personal trainer helping others to reach their fitness goals. She is very passionate about health and fitness and believes that it is a lifestyle change. She enjoys weight lifting, reading, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She believes that everyone has special gifts and that by recognizing and harnessing those gifts – it is only then that we will truly be successful.
